Coronavirus FAQ's

Can I still order flowers and gifts from you?

Yes, we work with flower farms and couriers with whom we have long-standing relationships, this has allowed us to continue to source beautiful, fresh blooms and deliver them safely in these uncertain times.

Why can I only order one week in advance?

We care about you and don't want to let you down if circumstances change in the supply of flowers to us, the delivery of gifts to you, our own staff availability or government policy. As a result, we have limited the ability to order further than one week in advance. We may also restrict deliveries on Sunday and Monday in order to reduce the operating hours of our production staff.

Will my order arrive on time?

Deliveries continue to take place within the expected time frame. We are dispatching gifts from Bunches HQ on time as always and our delivery partners are continuing to operate in these difficult circumstances to provide the exceptional service we have come to expect from them.

Will my delivery be safe?

Our delivery partners, Royal Mail and DPD, have put measures in place in line with preventative guidance from the Public Health Authority. They have also made a series of adjustments to their parcel handling procedures.

In order to protect both the recipient and the delivery personnel as much as possible, they are minimising contact during delivery. They will not be handing over hand-held devices to customers to capture signatures but instead log the name of the person accepting the item. Additionally, where an item won't fit through the letterbox, they will place the item at the door. Having knocked on the door, they will then step aside to a safe distance while the recipient retrieves their item. This will ensure your item is delivered securely rather than being left outside.

Our production staff are using additional safety equipment and we have employed extra cleaning staff in order to keep Bunches clean.

What measures are you taking to protect your staff?

Our Customer Support team have now joined our tech and marketing teams in working from home. Customer support will continue to be available to assist you by telephone, email and live chat as normal.

Our production team who have been working hard to ensure your orders are still being sent have adopted additional safety measures too; they are wearing latex gloves, increasing their hand washing and working shift patterns to decrease the total number of people who may be in a close proximity.
