We have been made aware that a small number of the Milk Chocolate Truffles sold with our gifts and dispatched between 12th January and 16th March 2023 may have contained a mixture of Dark Chocolate Praline Balls, which contain HAZELNUT, alongside the correct contents.

We have been able to identify that the batch number potentially affected is:

L3005 MO
(With a best before date of 30th September 2023)

We have contacted the supplier and immediately isolated all remaining stock.

There is a small chance that your gift - order number *|MERGE1|* - included chocolates from this batch and was dispatched before we knew of the issue.

There are allergen warnings on the packaging but the unlisted ingredients for the Dark Chocolate Praline Balls that may be mixed in with a small number of the Milk Chocolate truffles are:

Ingredients:

Sugar, cocoa mass, HAZELNUT, vegetable fats (coconut, rapeseed, palm, palm kernel, sunflower), cocoa butter, dextrose, MILK fat, skimmed MILK powder, natural vanilla flavouring, emulsifier (SOYA lecithin).
May contain traces of: EGGS, GLUTEN

Whilst we believe that only a very small number of gifts may be affected, we need to highlight that the ingredients which are different to the listed ingredients on the gifted Milk Chocolate Truffles are: Dextrose and Hazelnut.

We are writing to all the recipients of the Milk Chocolate truffles directly, so that they are fully aware. However, if you know that the recipient may be affected by the ingredients listed above, or are unsure of any allergies, we would ask you to pass on this information immediately. We only have postal addresses to contact the recipient, so the letters we send will take at least 48 hours to reach them.
