	Hello and welcome to issue 4 of Bunches' Flower Press. We've dedicated this special edition to sharing our recent trip to Malawi, where a team of staff went to see how Bunches is making a difference in the remote village of Kande. Dani reveals her bouquet of the month, we announce the relaunch of our sister website Moko Chocolates and remind you of our Year of Smiles campaign to spread a little happiness during 2011.

As many customers will know, every year we donate 10% of our annual profits to sustainable charitable projects in developing countries. (To read more, visit our charity pages.) As a result, a team of Bunches’ staff recently had the amazing opportunity to visit one of the areas in Malawi which is benefitting from such support. Will, Julie, Dan, Jenny and Pat flew to Lilongwe and travelled on from there to the remote village of Kande; situated next to Lake Malawi, where Malaria and HIV are both huge local issues. The team travelled with the charity Links International and got involved with healthcare training projects to educate local people on these topics and see firsthand how Bunches is making a difference in the area. The gorgeous new ‘Autumn Orchids’ is my bouquet for October. With the official end of British summer time looming and the clocks soon to go back, this colourful arrangement is a great way of cheering up a friend or loved one as the darker evenings draw in. Dendrobium Orchids are a tropical flower grown in the warm climates of Thailand and have long been a Bunches’ customer favourite due to their long-lasting qualities. Our new seasonal burgundy and yellow variety is sure to give any home a lovely autumnal feel this October!

We’ve had a very busy few months improving our sister website www.mokochocolates.co.uk. As well as having a facelift, we’ve listened to your feedback and added lots of exciting new chocolate gifts to the range. Current favourites in the Bunches office include the chocolate fudge slab, Banoffee Bombshell Selection and Lindor truffles... mmmm!
